In today practice I have poses that will make you flip. We’ll be focusing on yoga inversions.
A yoga inversion is any position which places your heart higher than your head. Some popular inversions include: headstand, handstand, shoulder stand, downward facing dog, dolphin, standing forward fold, wide standing forward fold and plow.
In this short Hatha yoga flow I will be including 6 inversions as made by special subscriber request.
Make sure you get into these positions slowly and carefully. Inversions can be used to treat mild back conditions, improve breathing, stimulate circulation, heart health, strengthen your abs and promote a better sense of balance.
