Namaste yogis and yoginis!!!
For today’s video we’ll be focusing on our hands and wrists.
It’s amazing how much we use our wrists in support of the various yoga positions, not to mention how much we use our wrists in daily life, especially in today’s fast pace social media society.
I’ll be taking you through a series of stretches for your hands, wrists and gentle massages to soothe soreness or discomfort in those areas.
All you will need is a blanket and yourself. 🙂
