Namaste yogis and yoginis!
The day I shot this video I was having a lazy Sunday, so I though “why not do some yoga on the sofa”!
We’ll be stretching our whole body. we start seated on the couch, then lying down on the couch and using straps, getting down on the floor with our legs up on the sofa and finishing with a lovely savanna. Have a strap, pillow and bolster ready.
This practice is great for anyone with an injury, cold, or perhaps you’re just feeling lazy…and there’s nothing wrong with that!
