Namaste yogis and yoginis!
With Spring coming our way, I figured we would do a Kunalini yoga breath of fire for detoxification session.
It’s short but intense especially with all the breath of fire we’ll be using to energize, clean our blood stream, strengthen our core and improve our overall state of mind.
Remember to stay hydrated by drinking lots of water and if you start to get dizzy, or fee uncomfortable, then please use deep breathing or just stop altogether. Breath of fire takes a long time to get used to.
Be patient with yourself and just keep at it. Yoga, whether Kunalini, Yin, Hatha or Vinyasa is meant to make you feel good. 🙂
