Namaste yogis and yoginis!
Be one with the flow and allow your body to go where it wants to go. Be prepared to work your entire body. We’ll be up and down and all around. In this video we’re breaking the rules and just freestyling it.
Even though this is a somewhat fast and intense yoga routine only do what you can and listen to your body. Don’t over extend yourself and take a break if your body needs to.
